The order that fits you
Sell first, buy first, or both at once with a contingent offer. We go through what each costs you and what each risks.
Two contracts, one calendar
We line up the deadlines in both Utah purchase contracts so the sale funds the purchase.
A place to live in between
If the dates do not meet, we can ask the buyer for time to stay after closing, or plan a short stay elsewhere.
Moving day, and after
Both closings tracked to the keys, and we stay in touch long after.
