Julie Burningham wants everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification or captions.
What we aim for
This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. It runs on ONE, a service of VIP-50 LLC, which checks every page before it is published:
- Text must be easy to read against its background. A page with text that is too faint cannot be published.
- Every photo must have a description, or be marked as decorative so screen readers skip it.
- Pages use real headings, labelled form fields and the English language setting, and work with a keyboard.
If something does not work for you
Please tell us what page you were on and what got in the way, and we will help you get the information another way. Use the contact form, or contact Real Broker, LLC.
Listing details shown on this site come from the MLS and the listing brokerages; if a listing is hard to use, we will send you the details directly.
